Hello Managers,

A request was given to me to upgrade the java on our Tru64 5.1a boxes to
1.4.2. There was an older version, 1.1.8-10 that was already installed by
default, which I didn't remove because "Compaq Management Agents Version
2.1b (OSFIMXE520)" needs it as a dependency. I was asked to run the
set_java_default.sh script to make 1.4.2 the default, but it will not work
until 1.1.8-10 is removed.

What happens if I remove 1.1.8-10 anyway? What is Compaq Management
Agents? Will setting 1.4.2 as the default fix the dependency problem
afterwards?
