SUMMARY: mailx problems, part 1

Hello again,

Many thanks to A. Mahendra Rajah and Pat O'Brien for their help and
guidance. The problem turned out not to be a mailx problem, but a routing
problem. Some investigation showed there was no /etc/routes file so the
machine didn't know how to route the traffic. Once the /etc/routes file was
in place and I executed the /sbin/rc3.d/S11route file, mailx works like a
charm.

Now to figure out the second half of my problem.

Thanks again!

Julie
