SUMMARY: shells nologin

In short, according with the mayority, i'll use /bin/false
as the shell, except for allowed users. (i won't forget put
this shell in /etc/shells)

The recomendation to use /etc/nologin is not operative in
may case. (or to comment telnet in /etc/inetd.conf)
