SUMMARY: rsh problems

Only got a few replies, several of which mentioned permissions on files in
/etc. It turns out that the problem was in the order of lines in
/etc/rc.config. This particular box has multiple IPs/hostnames and the
remote site was seeing the incorrect hostname and rejecting the connection.
