Problems with building gcc-3.3.2 on TRU64 OSF V5.1A

Hello,
        I'm trying to build gcc-3.3.2 on a TRU64 Unix box but I get the
following error during the buil. Can you please tell me whats causing
this problem. I would appreciate your help and can you tell me if there
is a way to build it in another directory. I think by default its
taking the / directory eventhough in configure I specify the prefix
options to another directory.
