5.1a tb_shoot ack timeout (patches?)

        I have a 5.1a site that just crashed with the tb_shoot ack timeout.
We supposedly fixed this in 4.0f with patch kit 7. 5.1a has pk3 now. Is it
fixed in pk4? I can't find the site that has the patch information since
they redid the web site. In fact, I can't even find the patches. Can
anyone point me in the right direction?
