port issues

Hello Tru Gurus,

FYI:
Having an issue with PeopleSoft Domain's Port 9000..

We've had Peoplesoft's domain configured on port 9000
for months and all of a sudden the domain won't boot
configured with port 9000 so we changed the port
number from 9000 to 9100... and that seems to have fix
the booting issue..

I've been issuing netstat -na to check on all opened
ports...and port 9000 does not seem to be opened by
anything..e.i.

tcp 0 0 10.1.3.4.9100 *.* LISTEN

Q:
Is there any other utilities that I can use to check
and see what's going on with port 9000?
