Set on the P00>> (Boot prompt)
eaw0_mode = FastFD

Add this line in /etc/inet.local
/usr/sbin/lan_config -i ee0 -a 0 -s 100 -x 1

Thanks for your help.

Hi Managers,

We have a AlphaServer ES40 running version 5.1
The ethernet device is configured as auto-negotiate.

What I would do is to set the ethernet device ee0 to 100Mbps Full duplex.
The output from dia and ifconfig -a is included.

The question is, how do I change the specs of the device ?

Thanks,
Gert Maaskant
