Problem in Upgrading from version 5.1a to 5.1b

Current OS on the server: v5.1 A v732

When trying to load 5.1B we got the following error messags

1. ./etc/ifaccess.conf should be a sympolic link to
../cluster/members/{memb}/etc/ifaccess.conf

2. ./usr/lib/libots3.a should be a file

3. ./usr/shlib/libots3.so should be a file

In the first case, there is a file called ifaccess.conf not a link.
There are two such files in ../cluster/members/member0/etc and in
../cluster/members/member/etc with the same file name

For items 2 and 3, they are links to files of the same name somewhere
else.

If we ignore the errors and continue to load the upgrade, will there be
any problems?
What should we do about it?
