I just got a alpha system dumped in my lap and I am unfamiliar with the
OS. I have worked with Sun's for the most part.
When I turn the system on it gives a bootstrap failure with status 0002
on dra.0.0.1007.0 This appears to be a failure on the hard drive? Is
there any way to confirm this. I attempted to boot from cd as I would
on a sun box but it didn't seem to like that.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
