ES80 clarifications reqd

Dear Gurus.

 Tried installing an ES80 (4 drawers) into an existing
 cluster (GS60 + 5.1A) couldn't .
 LAter realised that ES80 requires minimum 5.1B .
 
 I need to confirm two thing's .

 1) Will the software media kit for Tru5.1B
     contain the Associated products -CD1 & CD2.
    Since these were included in the 5.1A kit .
  2) Since we already have TruCluster licenses and
     will be replacing one of the cluster members
     with the new ES80 , we need not purchase
trucluster licenses , is that right ?

 please advise .
