Won't Print from one account

Hello

I am running 4.0g on a AS2000.

I have one programmer that says she can't print from her account.
A week or so ago we had a problem where the daemon on our VMS machine
went down. We determined that it was one report that the programmer printed.

Now she says that anything she prints won't work.

Our printers are attached to a VMS machine direct and we have a daemon
that when it loads adds the user names from our systems. When a print
job is submitted it is transferred to the VMS machine which adds a
header page and and ending page with the user name and job printed on it.

Any idea of where I start to correct this problem??
