Hi gurus,
I'm setting up a NIS master on a TruCluster V5.1B, patch kit 2, the following is happening:
- After a while the NIS being running the prpasswd map gets corrupted and when I do the command ypcat prpasswd the following is displayed:
::u_pwchanger=dds::chkent:
- In the auth.log file this messages are logged:
Sep 4 15:52:05 myhost yppasswdd[526221]: now active and servicing client requests
Sep 4 15:52:21 myhost yppasswdd[525058]: restarting after child exit with status: 75
Sep 4 15:52:21 myhost yppasswdd[526225]: now active and servicing client requests
Sep 4 15:52:46 myhost yppasswdd[525058]: exiting after child received signal: 15
Sep 4 16:01:20 myhost prpasswdd[525090]: restarting after child exit with status: 75
Does anybody have seen this problem? Or has a feeling of what's going on?
