SUMMARY: unrecoverable medium error (fwd)

I'd like to thank Dr. Thomas P. Blinn for his suggestions. It ended up
being the CD-ROM drive, replacing it, fixed the situation. My
appologies also, It is a DS10, not an "ES10" as I originally mentioned,
forgive my typo. Thanks again to Dr. Blinn for pointing out that
irregularity.
