First want to appolgize for not saying the version of Tru64 I was running, but it is 5.1A with no patch kits.

There really was no fix, but all suggested to check my ulimit settings. I did, and increased data and stack as high as I could get them, and this did help some, but still ran out of resources. We are going to be doing scheduled maintenance to rebuild all of the domains on this server this weekend, so not going to worry about the defragment. It was also said that there is a bug in the defragment command for v5.1a that there is a fix for. You can contact engineering and reference BCGMF1VJV, or go to patch kit 5. Again thanks for the assistance of the list.
