53c875 scsi card

Dear managers,
I have a AS2100 system with 8 EISA slots and 3 PCI slots, 1.5 MB mem,
running Tru64 UNIX 5.1 PK#5
I am trying to hook a TL892 tape drive to it using a Dual SCSI diff
card.
I put the card in, hook the tape drive to it, it is seen by the system,
when running backups, it runs fine, then in the middle, it halts and
resets the bus and tells me that I am using an unsupported 53c875 scsi
chip.
Is there a driver for this card to be supported under my system?
I read a similar problem, and the guy solved it by setting the scsi
card so it runs at a lower speed and doesn't use the ultra scsi feature
in it. How can I do that in Tru64 Unix?

Any suggetions will be appriciated
