Hello managers ,
                  My question in short

Well the problem was these systems were running X and any effort to
start them by hand or my script which I use for Linux failed .
It always gave me a shlib error .

I would like to Thank Fred N. van Kempen for suggesting me to
set the LD_LIBRARY_PATH to include "/usr/shlib:/usr/shlib/X11 " .
and all was well .
