Disable memory channel

We are trying to test a cluster for the unexpected lost of a quorum disk or
member preventing us from booting much like section 4.10.1 in the Tru64
Cluster Admin guide.

We are running 5.1b with memory channel and what looks like is happening is
the memory is starting preventing us from booting.

These are the commands that are used:

boot -fl "ai"

# 'vmunix':vmunix clubase:cluster_adjust_expected_votes=0[Return]

I have tried something similar with a 5.1a cluster that uses ethernet as the
cluster interconnect and it worked find. Is there some other parameter that
I have to pass at the console to disable it from trying to connect using the
memory channel?

We would just like to have a set of procedures so that if we needed to we
could bring up a single node in case of a disaster.

Thanks,
