I just got a message from one of the operators in our datacenter describing
an error message on our TL891DLX library. It's not really a Tru64 problem,
but
I figure someone here might have seen the issue. Here's the text of his
message:
The Error Message reads as follows:
Fault Code: 1001
SCSI Firmware Error
Press Enter to Clear
Tried to press enter with no results. Also of note the Loader Fault
Red Light is On.

Any thoughts on what might be wrong - No OS changes have been made recently,
and thats
the second time i've seen that error in the last week or so.
