Hi ,
I have installed Netscape Directory server 4.12 on trucluster 5.1A for
System authentication.
The product was packaged with the Open Sources Internet Solutions (OSIS)
5.5.
For my tru64 Clients, I had installed the LDAP module for system
authentication (also available on OSIS)
The authetication works fine normally. But I would want to encrypt my
critical LDAP authentication connections as the bind password is sent in
cleartext through network.
Is there any method to secure the LDAP authentication traffic in this
product?
Or Has anybody found success by means of other alternatives?
