I received this reply from Joseph Senulis:
Hi Karen,
We have a BC-16E-25 cable connecting our VT320 and HSZ80. I think that
any (MMJ)terminal cable would work, but you want a ferrite collar at the
HZZ80 end of the cable. Our cable has the collar built in, but you could
easily add a collar to a cable that didn't have one. I am also not entirely
sure if the collar is really needed but it is there to reduce noise on the
cable.

Subject: Using a vt320 to access the HSZ80 maintenance port
I have a vt320 which just has 2 MMJ(modified modular
jacks) serial connections on the rear.
What cables and adapter(s) do I need attach this vt320
to an HSZ80 controller maintenance port?
TIA,
