SSH client question

Let me start off by apologizing for this somewhat off-topic question, but I
figured I would get a good response here.

So, we are upgrading all of our alpha servers to Tru64 5.1b. Once they are all
upgraded, we will be turning off some of the services--namely rexecd, rlogind,
rshd, telnetd, and ftpd--and we will strictly use SSH connections. That's fine
from server to server, but from workstation to server this leaves a problem.
On our windows machines, we currently use eXcursion. Everyone is used to it,
and it works well for our needs. After testing, it seems that eXcursion will
stop working once we disable the rexecd and rshd. If there is a way around
this, I'd love to know it. But what I really want to get are some suggestions
on good SSH clients for windows based computers (winnt and win2k). I have
downloaded and tested the SSH client for workstations available from ssh.com,
and that seems to work well, but it doesn't seem to come with an Xserver...so we
would still need to run eXcursion for the Xserver part of it. I would prefer a
single application that can do it all.

So if anyone can suggest what they use and like, that would be great. It
doesn't have to be free or cheap or anything...just suggest whatever is the
best.

And once again, sorry for the off-topic question.
