Hello sir,
We have a Alpha 4100 server connected to two Raid box
RA3000 with HSZ22 controller, while rebooting
(maintainence) system is giving error continuosly and
I am not able to interpret the device name:
Following is the error:

My questions:
I want to know bus 18 target0 lun 4 corresponding os
devices, so that i can remove that disk and boot the
system.
Very urgent since the setup is very much critical,
waiting for ur replies
