Problems with NHD5 on Alpha DS25 5.1a

        When I install 5.1a in conjunction with NHD5, to support the DS25
hardware, I get a strange message at the end of the procedure.

        Unable to copy the /usr/sys/conf/.product.list file.
        cp: /usr/sys/conf/HW_INSTALL.list:
        no such file or directory
        cp: /usr/sys/conf/HW_INSTALL.list:
        can't propogate property list

        Then I get a message about support missing from the generic kernel.

        This has happened more than once on DS25's. I'm following the
procedure in the release notes for NHD5. Am I doing something wrong? Is
there something I'm supposed to copy into the generic kernel config file.
