4100 identifies as 4000

We have a 4100 that had one CPU, memory and the horse-and-saddle replaced.
Firmware version 6.1 was reinstalled. Now when the machine boots up the
messages identify it as an Alphaserver 4000, not a 4100. It's showing up as
a 4000 in /var/adm/messages and in uerf as well.

What could have changed to cause this, and how can we fix it?
