PVIS not working anymore

Dear Alpha Gurus,

I'm sad since the very nice tool PVIS does'nt work on my TruCluster 5.1B

I've installed the version PPMBASE200 found in PVis-V2.0-31zulu.tar
and the error is as follows:
 
#pvis
Assertion failed: disk->diskname != NULL, file /local/gearoid/src/sierra/cpq/pvis/libppm/structures.c, line 518
Abort (core dumped)

Can you help me, please?
