Getting halt code after installing patchkit 4

Just got through installing Tru64 5.1a patchkit4 on a DS20 cluster.
Everything went fine until I went to rebuild the cluster. When I rebooted,
one of the nodes came up fine, the other node returns the following last few
lines:

ata1 at pci0 slot205 (slot 5, function 2)
ata1: CYPRESS 82C693
CP - SAVE_TERM routine to be called
CP - SAVE_TERM exited with hlt_req = 1, r0 = 00000000.00000000

Halted CPU0

halt code = 5
HALT instruction executed
PC = fffffc0000cde700

Can anyone tell me what is causing this and how I can correct it?
