We are migrating from a 4100 running Tru64 4.0G, Oracle 8.1.6, and MicoFocus
COBOL 4.1 to an ES40 running Tru64 5.1A and Oracle 9i (9.0.1).
The Oracle installation notes say 9i requires Merant Server Express 2.0.00
as it's COBOL compiler. Can 9i run with MF COBOL 4.1D (from the Software
Products Library CD)? I found references to Merant Server Express on HPs
web site. Is it on the Associated Products or Software Products Library
CDs? Do we have to do a separate purchase?
