SUMMARY: 2100 server will not boot

Thanks to Martin Ronde and Dr. Blinn,

I figured out, that the type of boot device (Quantum Fireball) was causing
the problem (I remebered that there were also problems with this type of
disk when I went from V3.x to V4.x). I replaced it by another type of disk
and now things are rolling.
