Problems with setld

Admins,

        I am in the process of upgrading all 5.1 systems to 5.1b and am
experiencing problems with setld. Before I begin the upgrade I am removing
all conflicting subset (i.e. LGTO, ESV, DIA, etc) with the setld -d XXXX.
During this process on the first server the /osf_boot and /genvmunix files
were removed and on the second server /osf_boot, /genvmunix, /vmunix, and
the link for /dev was removed. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there
a fix? I will summarize.
