XP1000 memory

hi all -

i've just acquired an XP1000 with 128MB memory which occupies 4 of the 8
memory slots. from another XP1000 i have a spare 128MB, again 4x32MB
SIMMs/DIMMs/whatever. i also have a spare 256MB (2x128MB) of Alpha PWS
memory.
so the question is, can i use the 256MB of PWS memory in the XP1000 or
does it have to take a specific sort of memory that comes in sets of 4 ?
