We've recently taken over some systems at a remote location. The
motd identifies the system as 4.0c, but the person who was nominally
in charge of the systems THINKS its 4.0d. When I do uname I get
various answers, but none specifically indicate c or d.
%uname -a
OSF1 xxxx.xx.utexas.edu V4.0 564.32 alpha
% uname -r
V4.0
thanks,
James
