Thanks to Pat O'Brien, Phil Baldwin, Robert Binkley, Jenny Butler, and Galen
Johnson for their responses. It seems that this upgrade path is no problem
for a stand alone system(s) which is what I have.

Admins,

        I currently have 2 ES40's running 5.1 UNIX which we are in the
planning stages to move to 5.1B. Has anyone performed this upgrade? Similar
upgrade? Are there any known issues with this upgrade path?
