hello,
wanted: AdvFS expert....
I have a domain with 4 volumes to which I added a 5th.
upon adding the 5th, i begin getting I/O errors.
to work around the domain problem, ignoring the hw error, I
rm'ed the device link in /etc/fdmns for the failing devise and
tried to remount the domain, which failed because the
volume count was no correct, the domain wanted 5, but there were only 4
links.
so.... linked in a another device, which got the count right. mounted
domains ok.
but the domain still "thinks" the oringinal device is there, but I can't
rmvol it....
so I have a advfs domain which thinks it has a volume which it does not....
anyway to get rife of it....showfdmn says 0% used on that volume....
any suggestions ????
