identifying crash location

Hi,
I have a problem in locating memory faults in one of our Tru64 products.
On running one of the Tru64 Unix application at his site, myy customer is
getting memory fault. Now, how can I proceed further in identifying the
location of the code where exactly this error is happening. It is not a
kernel application.
Thanks in advance.
Any pointers are really usefull for me.
