Stop <CRT> C from gaining access

Hi Managers,

I have a number of shell/perl script that are used by un-privileged
users. I want to stop users being able to use <ctr> & c to break out
of a shell script and gain access to the shell. I believe there is a stty
command I can put into the .profile that will stop this. Can anyone
tell me what it is?
