Unable to connect to hsz50 after upgrade to 5.1a

We have a alphaserver 4100 with a KZPSA connected to a hsz50.

Am now unable to connect to the storage box after a DU 5.1a upgrade. The
agent is running on the unix, but the command console HSZ window (on a XP)
is unable to connect -- get "no agent running on specified host". Have
checked /etc/services , /usr/opt/SWCC200 sublibraries, existance of old
formated /dev/rrz*c 's, ran scripts to check passwords,e-mail addresses,
etc. all without success.

Perhaps someone can tell me what SWCC version agent does appear to work, and
where one can download appropriate software for both a XP command console
and a unix agent.
