Thank's to everybody taking the time to respond.
Someone give me hint about a internal (not yet public available) patch to apply for correcting this problem.
Finally a made a service call and HP send me the patch after I have send a sys_check -escalate from each system.
The patch was:
OSFPATC0087100520, ksh processes use excessive CPU time
>Since I have installed patch kit 3, 3 month ago, reguliary a got process that take 98% of the CPU.
>When we use top, the process show taking the cpu was "ksh" and the owner a user that was login out.
