I'm having problems with my Alpha 4100 correctly seeing devices on an SW500
Storage works disk cabinet.

When you do show devices at the SRM console the device names are mangled and
booting to UNIX the devices are not see at all.

I've gone through four HSZ50 controllers trying to fix the problem.
I've replaced the SCSI cables and terminators.
I've tried different termination on the KZPSA controller.
I've tried single controller, dual redundant.
I've tried deleting the units and drive and remaking them.
I've changed the SCSI ID of the KZPSA.

This is a regular problem I've run into with this equipment and I've been
able to fix it by replacing the HSZ50 controller of KZPSA and help would be
appreciated. I'm out of idea's.
