TCP/IP in INIT1 & service from inetd.conf

Hello

I have some trouble about TCP/IP service in INITSTATE 1. Do anyone know solution for this ?

I need initialized TCP/IP stack in single user mode. I try to init interface using ifconfig, but I have trouble with arp and other components. Due to this problem, I use script in /sbin/rc3.d

/sbin/kloadsrv
/sbin/kmnod
(without this process arp will not work)

S*inet start
S*inetd start
S*streams start

init q

But services in inetd.conf not recognized.
Do you known to help me ?
