Hi
I've got a number of boxes (ES40's and DS20E's) using the latest KZPCC-CE
controllers for local disk. I've installed the KZPCC Agent V2.3-KZPCC_BL002
which I d/loaded from the KZPCC support website. setld shows the kit as
SWCCKZPCC230 installed SWCC KZPCC Agent version V2.3-KZPCC_BL002
I've also got sys_check 129 installed.
I wanted to run the agent so I am able to allow sys_check to query the storage
map behind these controllers. However syscheck fails with the error
Operational: The /usr/opt/SWCCKZPCC230/config/bin/KZPCCinfo was not found, so
the script was unable to collect RAID controller information.
Install the Storage Works Command Console KZPCC Agent kit.
This error is shown Under the section for KZPCC controllers in sys_check.
If I do an 'ls' under this location I only have a program called KZPCCconfig
I am running 4.0f NHD3 on a DS20E with the latest patch kit
Am I using the wrong SWCC kit?
I d/loaded it from
ftp://ftp.compaq.com/pub/products/storageworks/array-and-scsi-controllers/swcc/Agent/Tru64/KZPCC/kzpcc230.tar
I take it there's no client software to do the config from an Alpha platform and
I will have to install the client stuff on a PC :-(
Oh well....
