I have quotas working perfectly in my /usr/users/$USERNAME. However it would be nice
for the recipient or the sender to get an email notfiying that the recipient has
exceeded its disk space. Is that possible with advfs. Share your comments, thanks.

That is a function of your mail transfer agent and mail delivery agent.
It has nothing to do with whether a mail spool is in UFS or ADVFS.
