Thanks to Ann Majeske of HP I was able to convince the security folks I
have to deal with that upon reflection the Tru64 UNIX Failed Login behavior
was a good idea. I do not think that I could have done it with out your
assistance. It is reassuring to know that HP guru's are reading these
questions and providing quick and concise answers. Thanks very much. The
reason that it took so long to summarize was that the government had to
ponder it for a while before they finally agreed.
