ehlo once more!
i got interesting reply from Steve. he obviously knows
a bit (rather big) about sendmail than me(i am postfix-fan).
Steve have post me this solution [1]:
- get the macros and files from source dist. of sendmail
- look for file cf/cf/null.mc
- change the one variable there (mail server)
- put it in the place and name of sendmail.cf

P.S.
I am not sure if it is possible without postfix running.
i can set up the postfix listening only on 127.0.0.1,
which basically does the trick.
