SUMMARY : Telnet Message

Hi Managers
            Thanks for all the replies and to HP services . When you
telnet to a host it reads the /etc/gettydefs file. I was on the right
track , i just commented the line for console in /etc/gettydefs , what
needs to be done is in /etc/gettydefs make a copy of the console entry
and comment that , in the first line change to default and remove the
whatever u dont want to see when u telnet to a host example n%v for
Tru64 version and (%h) for hostname.
