Have H8571-A connected here, using the standard cables, to the
expensive RJ-45 adapter.
If you have spare connectors and a MMJ tool, you can try to create
kind a no-modem cable by pressing a connector the wrong way round to
the cable, but think this wont help in your case.
DEC used a different wiring on their RJ-45 serial lines. With
Lantronix it's easy, just make a cable with an DEC-423 MMJ connector
on one side, the RJ-45 with the 6 leads in the CENTER, leaving the
first and the last place empty.
Last but not least, to create a null-modem cable, just crimp one of
the connectors the wrong way round to the cable.
