Original question:

We are not printing from our Tru64 5.1a server. We can see the jobs stacked
up in the queue if we go to /var/spool/lpd# , but if we go to the printer
manager it shows nothing in the queues. What's the best way to stop and
resubmit print jobs or unstick the printer queues?

Darryl suggested using the lpc program along with "restart printername".
That took care of the problem when just restarting my print servers didn't
work.
