the answer is:
Patch kits are designed so you can install a later kit on top of an earlier kit.
Only special patchs like (ERPs and CSP patchs..) must be removed first...
if the patches were all installed using the "dupatch" utility it should be able
to handle them and clean up as needed in installing the later patch kit.
