OpenLDAP on Tru64Unix ?

Hello,

We recently installed OpenLDAP on our (V4.0f) DS20-system. However performance
was very lousy. We then tried the same on an ordinary PII Linux-system, and it
performed about 10 x better that our alpha. Does anybody have any idea what
causes this weird behaviour ?
And: is anybody else using LDAP on alpha, and then: which version do you use ?
