The answer is. The licenses that I have are machine specific so are valid
with any version of Tru64 which is the case for most servers.

Managers,
We are looking at upgrading one of our Tru64 5.1 box to Tru64 5.1a.
As this is the first Tru64 system that I have upgraded, my question is about
the licenses do I have to:
1. Upgraded to 5.1a licenses
2. Get new licenses for 5.1a
3. Use the licences that I have.
